Central Library reborn…

Not really related to electronic resources (okay, not related to electronic resources in any way but just indulge me!), but in case it is relevant to anyone, Manchester Central Library will finally re-open after a closure of over three years to create a completely brand-new interior that also aims to restore that interior to its former. I spent many, many hours there as a student, and found it to be quite magnificant then. However, having looked at all the pictures that have been made available during the course of this project, it looks like the results are truly spectacular. Like I said, nothing at all to do with electronic resources (!), but wonderful nevertheless. Do take a look at the pictures: you’ll be stunned! And maybe inspired…
