New year, new problems: RefWorks


Aah, I couldn’t even get to lunchtime without having to report a problem. There would appear to be some problems with RefWorks at the moment, which may mean that registered accounts are not being recognised. Current advice would appear to be that if you are asked to enter a registered e-maile address, don’t: it may be the case that your account – in other words, all the references that you have stored – may be lost. This problem is being experienced by RefWorks users throughout the UK and has been reported to the suppliers.
