There has been a change to the Digimap interface recently that means it may be necessary to re-regsiter to use the service. You’ll know if this is the case if you can see “Register/activate” at the top right-hand side of the screen. If so, click on the link, agree to the terms and conditions and fill in the subsequent form. Registration is a manual process, so it may take up to 48 hours to activate your usage.
